Kinetic AI Trades and its operators are not registered financial advisors, commodity trading advisors, brokers, or investment professionals. You assume full responsibility for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.

3. Membership and Billing
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. VIP Member includes a 14-day free trial; Member does not include a trial. Subscriptions bill automatically on a recurring monthly basis at the rate shown at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel. Cancellation instructions are available in the contact channel of our Discord server.
4. Content Use
Content shared as part of this service is for subscribers only and may not be redistributed, screenshotted for public sharing, resold, or shared outside the community.
5. Conduct and Termination
Harassment, spam, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other members will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove access at our discretion for violation of these terms, without obligation to issue a refund.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel at any time; you'll retain access through the end of your current billing period. Because access to the data feed is delivered immediately, charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Contact us if something has gone wrong — exceptions are handled case by case.
